While staying in riverwalk we decided to try pollos Asados and that was the best decision ever! San Antonio has for sure the best pollos asados ! It's a huge meal whole chicken full of flavor ! With all the sides tortillas frijoles rice Mexican flavor heaven ! You can't go wrong here ! And it's the most affordable meal ! Best salsas period. Always on point. About 11-12 bucks for the half chicken meal, I've loved it since they opened. Comes with the chicken, corn tortillas, a grilled onion, a grilled jalapeño, red and green salsa, rice, beans, and a lime. Even though it's gone up from 10$ it's still great.
You haven't chicken if it ain't from here the way they cook it leaves that rich flavor and taste in your mouth wanting more the other thing is the beans they are the bomb the best and the chile watch out might make u grow hair on your chest I give this place a 15 stars the best in town
We had the Wednesday special today at the location on FM 78. Everything was fresh, hot, and DELICIOUS!!! $21.89 ($23.80 with tax) includes a whole chicken 8 pieces), Mexican rice, Charro beans, a sausage, a loaded baked potato, 2 salsas (red and green), a grilled onion, a grilled jalapeño, tortillas and lime. It was ready in 5 minutes and we'll be back to try the other menu items too! Highly recommend them to everyone who loves great Mexican food at a great price!
delicious, prompt friendly service, drive through. ordered whole chicken, everything was amazing ! Tender juicy flavorful chicken, perfectly grilled onion and jalapeño, well seasoned charro beans and yummy rice. Their tortillas were fresh and delicious but the salsas red & green were off the chart awesome!! We will definitely go back very soon!!
